6. Damaged Products
All products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item:

Attach clear photos and videos of the damage along with your Order ID.

If the product is available, a replacement will be sent.

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
7. Missed Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If undelivered and returned:

Reshipping can be requested with an additional â‚ą250 charge.

For COD orders, reshipping requires prepayment of both the order value and reshipping fee.
