Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your saree.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The saree must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • It must show no signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

  • All folds, tags, and labels must be intact, just as received.

  • The saree must be neatly repacked in the original packaging, including any tissue wrapping, box, or covers.

This ensures the item is fit for resale and enables a smooth exchange process.

Note: We do not offer a pick-up facility. Customers are required to arrange the return shipment at their own expense.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged or defective product.

To request a return:

  • Share a complete unboxing video (from start to end, with no cuts) as proof.

  • The saree must be in original condition, unaltered, and unused.

  • The price tag (and Silk Mark tag, if applicable) must be present.

  • Saree folding should remain intact.

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Note: We do not offer a pick-up facility. Customers are required to arrange return shipping at their own cost.
