Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your saree.
To be eligible for exchange:

The saree must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition.

It must show no signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

All folds, tags, and labels must be intact, just as received.

The saree must be neatly repacked in the original packaging, including any tissue wrapping, box, or covers.
This ensures the item is fit for resale and enables a smooth exchange process.
Note: We do not offer a pick-up facility. Customers are required to arrange the return shipment at their own expense.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged or defective product.
To request a return:

Share a complete unboxing video (from start to end, with no cuts) as proof.

The saree must be in original condition, unaltered, and unused.

The price tag (and Silk Mark tag, if applicable) must be present.

Saree folding should remain intact.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Note: We do not offer a pick-up facility. Customers are required to arrange return shipping at their own cost.
