Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

If cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.
Important:

No cancellations are allowed after the order is shipped.

For paid orders cancelled by the customer, a 4% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is non-refundable.
